Student

  • At the sign in window of our website you find the option "Forgot password". Choose this option and enter your email address. You will get a new password by email.
  • To apply for an opportunity at delftcareerplatform you need an account. You can easily create an account through clicking at the "Join us" button in the upper right corner of our website. 
  • There are two options:


    A) The company has their own application website

    If a company has a own application website you will be sent to this website by clicking the "Apply now" button. 


    B) You can apply through DelftCareerPlatform

    If a company does not have a own application website a application window will open by clicking the "Apply now" button. You can fill in your application and sent it directly to the responsible department of the company.

  • We do not share your personal information with companies. 
  • Delftcareerplatform is made for all students from Delft University of Technology. At the moment we mainly focus on students form the following faculties: Mechanical Engineering, Molecular Science and Technology, Civil Engineering, Applied Physics and Aerospace Engineering. 


    We are planning to add more faculties later. 

Company

  • To place a new opportunity online you need to use your account button  which is placed in upper right corner of the website. There you can find the option "Place a new opportunity". 


  • If you have created a new opportunity it is directly placed online.
  • No this is not possible. With one opportunity you can promote one job advertisement at the same time. 
  • You can change your opportunity as often as you want. You can also use one opportunity to promote different job advertisements, but not at the same time. 
  • There are a couple of options why this could be the case:


    1. Your opportunity is not active. You can check if you have activated your opportunity at the page "Manage Opportunities". 


    2. The application deadline of your opportunity is expired. If the application deadline is expired it is not visible anymore. You can easily change the application deadline at the page "Manage Opportunities". 


    3. Your booked package is not active. This can be checked at the page "Packages".

  • We offer different packages to post opportunities at our website. If you want to know more about this please send an email to [email protected]


    The revenue is used to cover the running costs of our website and to support student activities.
