The Heavy Lift department is responsible for the concept, basic and detailed engineering phases of topside and jacket installations and removals of up to 60,000 tonnes for both the oil & gas and renewables industries. The department brings together a creative, multidisciplinary team of Heavy Lift Engineers, Structural Engineers, Naval Engineers and Draftsmen. With the North Sea rapidly transforming, driven by large-scale decommissioning of aging oil and gas platforms and the expansion of offshore wind farms, Allseas is uniquely positioned to lead this revolution. The team drives concept development and basic and detailed engineering phases for the decomissioning of topsides and jacket structures up to 60,000 tonnes. From design and engineering, fabrication of innovative lifting tools and supports, preparation of procedures and manuals through to on-site support during yard and offshore execution, you will be involved in the entire engineering process.
