Job Description: We are immediately looking for an experienced Thermoplastic Composites Project Engineer to independently manage (partial) projects alongside other team members. We seek someone who enjoys the challenge of working on projects with clear goals. This exciting role includes: Developing components from thermoplastic composites in a co-creation process with customers and suppliers, including material composition, refining, supervising DFM and FEA, and drafting product specifications. Collaborating with the team to develop tools and products for customers using processes such as lamination & consolidation, automated thermoforming, and CNC trimming. Brainstorming product designs, constructing tools, and managing toolmakers to manufacture these tools.…
